We are the CROC board, responsible of taking care of the rehearsal room and our equipment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have any questions, please don\u2019t hesitate to contact us. Your first point of contact should be by writing a message to our facebook page<\/a> or asking in our common facebook group<\/a>. If you don\u2019t receive an answer there, then email your question to one of the addresses below (depending on what your question is about).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At CROC, the statutes constitute the association\u2019s highest governing document. In addition, the board adheres to an established financial policy that regulates the association\u2019s economic management and decision-making. For any inquiries, please contact the board via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below, you can read about the different posts of the CROC board and find out more about what we do. If you find our work interesting or have any suggestions on how we can improve, please contact us! We are always looking for new recruits and also people that might not want a specific position, but still want to help out sometimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Chairman of CROC, I have the main responsibility for our committee. I organize and call to semester meetings, handle collaboration with other committees, keep our members up to date and handle issues that do not fall under the responsibility of the other board members. It is also my job to keep track of my fellow boardmembers! <\/p>\n<\/div>

As Cashier of CROC, it is my task to handle the committee\u2019s finances. At the beginning of each semester, I am the one who makes sure that we receive payment from our members and I also handle the budget for investing in new equipment and instruments. I have the last say in everything that is bought for our rehearsal room and live kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also service the guitars from time to time to keep them in “top-notch playing condition”. This entails cleaning your filth off the fingerboards with a razor blade. Nice.<\/p>\n<\/div>

As CROC\u2019s Membership Manager, I serve as the main link between our members, the association, and the student union. I manage most of our member communication, so if you message us on Facebook, I\u2019ll probably be the one answering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of each semester, I coordinate with the student union to ensure our members have access to the rehearsal space and can get straight to making music. Whether you need help with access, want to join a band, or have questions about how our rules apply, I\u2019m your go-to person. My role helps keep CROC running smoothly and makes it easier for every member to get involved.<\/p>\n<\/div>

I serve as the official voice of the organization, managing communication with the media and the public. Prepares statements, handles press inquiries, and represents the organization at events. Ensures consistent messaging and helps maintain a positive public image. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I manage PR and security\u2014proving daily that the best way to handle bad news is to either spin it brilliantly or encrypt it so nobody can read it. It is a delicate balance of shouting our successes from the rooftops while locking every single door, window, and server room just in case.<\/p>\n<\/div>

As Live Kit Responsible, I am responsible for managing and coordinating the rental of our live equipment, ensuring that committees have access to the necessary gear when hosting live gigs and events. This includes overseeing equipment availability, maintaining the quality and functionality of our gear, and ensuring that everything is ready for use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my HR role, I focus on supporting the organization and its members, contributing to a positive team environment and helping ensure smooth collaboration across committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Equipment Manager, I make sure our rehearsal room is well-maintained and everything is in working order. I\u2019m also responsible for repairing and maintaining our live equipment, as well as keeping track of our gear. So, if a string breaks in the rehearsal room, it\u2019s probably my fault!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Behind every heavy groove and dynamic rhythm section, someone has to make sure the hardware actually holds together. In the CROC association, Axel Evertsson steps into the role of drum mechanic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role is about far more than just replacing a cracked drumhead. With precision, technical finesse, and quick thinking, Axel ensures that pedals run smoothly, the tuning is spot-on, and all the hardware withstands the pressure\u2014no matter how intense the playing gets. From preventive maintenance in the rehearsal space to urgent fixes when the tempo picks up, Axel is the technical backbone who guarantees that CROC’s pulse never misses a beat.<\/p>\n<\/div>
