{"id":9,"date":"2015-11-20T15:26:05","date_gmt":"2015-11-20T15:26:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/croc.chs.chalmers.se\/wordpress\/?page_id=9"},"modified":"2024-11-02T21:33:47","modified_gmt":"2024-11-02T20:33:47","slug":"9-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/croc.chs.chalmers.se\/wordpress\/9-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rehearsal Booking"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be aware of the following booking rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time slots can be booked 8 days in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other bands&#8217; priority slots can be booked only if they are empty 6 days before the scheduled time, i.e. at<strong> earliest 6x24h before the end time<\/strong> of the slot. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Example: Book another band&#8217;s time slot Sunday 11-14 can be done<strong> at earliest<\/strong> Monday 14.00. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you book somebody else&#8217;s priority slot, leave your contact details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be nice: If you can&#8217;t make your booked time cancel it ASAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be nice: Give other people some leeway on booking their priority slots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>If you find the rehearsal room left in a bad condition, or if any equipment is missing, broken or malfunctioning, please <a href=\"https:\/\/croc.chs.chalmers.se\/wordpress\/the-board\/\">contact the board<\/a> immediately<\/strong>!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problem with access?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have paid your membership fee, but your access still doesn&#8217;t work, please report to us using the form below. Unfortunately, we do not manage the IT systems ourselves \u2013 it is the union that can enable access.
