As Chairman of CROC, I have the main responsibility for our committee. I organize and call to semester meetings, handle collaboration with other committees, keep our members up to date and handle issues that do not fall under the responsibility of the other board members. It is also my job to keep track of my fellow boardmembers!

As Cashier of CROC, it is my task to handle the committee’s finances. At the beginning of each semester, I am the one who makes sure that we receive payment from our members and I also handle the budget for investing in new equipment and instruments. I have the last say in everything that is bought for our rehearsal room and live kit.

I also service the guitars from time to time to keep them in “top-notch playing condition”. This entails cleaning your filth off the fingerboards with a razor blade. Nice.

As CROC’s Membership Manager, I serve as the main link between our members, the association, and the student union. I manage most of our member communication, so if you message us on Facebook, I’ll probably be the one answering.

At the beginning of each semester, I coordinate with the student union to ensure our members have access to the rehearsal space and can get straight to making music. Whether you need help with access, want to join a band, or have questions about how our rules apply, I’m your go-to person. My role helps keep CROC running smoothly and makes it easier for every member to get involved.

I serve as the official voice of the organization, managing communication with the media and the public. Prepares statements, handles press inquiries, and represents the organization at events. Ensures consistent messaging and helps maintain a positive public image.

I also take care of our lights.

I manage PR and security—proving daily that the best way to handle bad news is to either spin it brilliantly or encrypt it so nobody can read it. It is a delicate balance of shouting our successes from the rooftops while locking every single door, window, and server room just in case.

As Live Kit Responsible, I am responsible for managing and coordinating the rental of our live equipment, ensuring that committees have access to the necessary gear when hosting live gigs and events. This includes overseeing equipment availability, maintaining the quality and functionality of our gear, and ensuring that everything is ready for use.

In my HR role, I focus on supporting the organization and its members, contributing to a positive team environment and helping ensure smooth collaboration across committees.

An auditor is a financial professional who independently verifies an organization’s records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. By examining financial statements, assessing internal controls, and identifying risks or fraud, they provide stakeholders with objective assurance of a company’s financial integrity and overall fiscal health.

Behind every heavy groove and dynamic rhythm section, someone has to make sure the hardware actually holds together. In the CROC association, Axel Evertsson steps into the role of drum mechanic.

The role is about far more than just replacing a cracked drumhead. With precision, technical finesse, and quick thinking, Axel ensures that pedals run smoothly, the tuning is spot-on, and all the hardware withstands the pressure—no matter how intense the playing gets. From preventive maintenance in the rehearsal space to urgent fixes when the tempo picks up, Axel is the technical backbone who guarantees that CROC’s pulse never misses a beat.
